    Half of the people in the usa continue steadily to support legalizing the recreational use of cannabis, and over 8 out of 10 support allowing medical cannabis.

    Wednesday in line with the Harris Poll released, 82% of People in america support legalizing marijuana for medical purposes, up from 81% this past year. In the mean time, 50% of Us citizens support legalizing pot for recreational use, with 49% compared.

    With regards to who makes a decision the legality of cannabis, only 35% of these polled assume that decisions should be produced at the national level. In the meantime, 48% believe state governments should wthhold the rights to create their own marijuana policies, a rise from 44% this past year. The rest of the seven percent was possessed or undecided no thoughts and opinions.

    In November , four states voted to legalize the recreational use of marijuana by adults, taking final number of legal state governments to eight, in addition to the District of Columbia. Three additional states voted to approve medical cannabis use for the very first time, while a 4th voted to revive a medical cannabis program that were practically damaged by talk about lawmakers.

    The Harris Poll of 2,054 parents was conducted online between Dec 8 and 12, 2016.
